Team Rostering is Complete. 
TeamSnap invites have been sent out to all players.

We are unable to accept any more players at this time.

First Day of Games: August 23rd

Coaches will reach out to each team 1-2 weeks prior to the first game.

All team practice dates, times, and locations are determined by the team coach and will be communicated prior to the season starting. 
Uniforms will be distributed to the team coach.

All team communications will be done using the TeamSnap app (found in both the Apple and Google Play Stores). Once players are uploaded into TeamSnap, you will receive an invitation to join the team. If you have multiple players, you will need to accept an invitation for each player.

 LATE REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2025/SPRING 2026 IS NOW CLOSED.

Spring Registration Dates: December 15, 2026 - February 15, 2026

ANY LATE REGISTRATION ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 15, 2026 WILL RECEIVE A $25 LATE FEE

*When you register for the Fall session, you DO NOT need to re-register for the Spring 2026 session. Your player(s) will remain on the same team for both Fall and Spring.*

  • West Jordan Youth Soccer's seasonal year begins in the Fall and goes through Spring.
    • Teams are not gender specific and are co-ed.
    • Registration for the Fall & Spring sessions opens May 1st and closes July 13th and is $129 for BOTH sessions.
      • WJYS does not offer a Fall Only option.
      •  Any registration following the open registration period will be assessed a $25 late registration fee. WJYS is under no obligation to accept any late registrations.
      • Registration for Spring Only opens December 15th and closes February 9th and is $75.
      • Any registration following the 6-week open registration period will be assessed a $25 late registration fee . Once registration has closed, it will not be reopened and no additional registrations will be accepted.
      • Players who are registered in the Fall do not need to register again in the Spring.
      •  Players will play on the same team in the Spring as they did in the Fall and with the same uniform. In the event that a replacement uniform is needed, there will be a $35 replacement uniform fee.Players may request to play with a specific coach or player but are not guaranteed.
  • The Fall session begins in mid- to late-August and will go into October.
  • The Spring session will start at the beginning of April and run through May.
  • Each Session (Fall and Spring) contains seven (7) games for a total of fourteen (14) games. Games are typically held on Saturdays. Weekday games will occur in the event of a weather cancellation or if there is a need due to the number of teams in an age group.
  • Each team from U5 to U19 will have one practice a week. Practice dates, times, and locations are all determined by each team coach.
  • Team coaches will reach out to the teams following a coach meeting which takes place two to three weeks prior to the first game for each session.
    • Practices for the U4 age group will occur 15-minutes prior to each game.
  • Team and League communications will be done through an app called TeamSnap (available in both the Google Play and Apple App stores). Each player will receive an invitation to join the team on TeamSnap using the email address used to register the player. Additional family members can be added by clicking into your player's TeamSnap profile and clicking on the ADD FAMILY MEMBERS button. If you have multiple players playing in the league or, if your player is on multiple teams, you will need to accept each invite to see each team's details.

When does does registration open?

Registration for Fall/Spring soccer opens May 1 and will close on July 13.
Registration for Spring Only soccer opens December 15 and close February 15.

Any registrations that are accepted following the registration window will be considered late and will receive a $25 late fee.

If registration shows that it's a wait list, enter your player onto the waitlist in their respective age groups. If there is an opening on a team,  your player will receive an "activation from the waitlist" email. Upon receiving this activation/acceptance email, you will have 48-hours to log into your Sports Connect account and make your payment. We are unable to add or roster your player to a team until this registration fee is paid.
