Registration Form
These sign ups are for the fall ’10 and spring ’11 season.
Children age four and up are invited to play.
Children must be four by July 31, 2010 to play.
The 2010-2011 soccer registration for all UYSA leagues will require all players to register online. This will be a learning experience for everyone.
The last day to register for recreation soccer will be June 13th.
Beginning June 14th, you will need to contact Julie Weir at 282-0717 to be put on a waiting list for available space. Please register on or before June 13th!
If you are requesting to play with a coach, a friend, or move up an age group please make arrangements prior to registration with Julie. Names must match to “link” together.
Cost is $75.00 per player
Price includes 8 games in the Fall 8 games in the Spring, Uniform (shorts, jersey, socks), Participation Award a Real Salt Lake Ticket Voucher and Pictures
